L’Ortrugo un vino frizzante bianco biologico che nasce in Emilia Romagna, usando uva che ha origine al 100% da Ortrugo, una varietà dei colli piacentini. I grappoli vengono raccolti a mano, la vinificazione avviene in bianco e si fa fermentare a temperatura controllata; si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino e riflessi verdognoli, un profumo molto delicato e un profumo spumeggiante e acidulo. Si consiglia sempre di servirlo in calici medi alla temperatura di 8°-10° C, affiancandolo con antipasti magri, minestre di verdura, ma anche pesce e formaggi.
