Il Refosco è un prodotto straordinario friulano di una varietà locale di uva particolarmente ricca non solo per colore ma anche per struttura. Da un’ottima materia prima di ottiene quindi un vino audace e strutturato, al gusto molto morbido e con un tocco di frutti di bosco che permane in bocca. E’ perfetto se abbinato con i prodotti classici della cucina Friulana, come carne cotta in umido o ai ferri, ma anche con selvaggina. Viene servito alla temperatura di 18 – 20° C in bicchieri che permettano l’ossigenazione.
